These terms govern creative services provided by OMNIKITERA ("the studio") to clients ("you"). By booking a project or paying a deposit, you agree to them. This is a starting draft and should be reviewed by the business owner and, where needed, a legal advisor before publishing.
Scope of work
Each project is defined by a written brief that lists deliverables, format, timeline, and price. Work outside that brief is treated as a new request and may change the price and schedule.
Bookings and payment
Projects are confirmed once a deposit is received. Remaining balances are invoiced per the schedule in the brief. Final files are delivered after the balance is paid in full.
Client materials
You confirm you have the rights to any logos, footage, music, or assets you provide. The studio is not liable for claims arising from materials supplied by you.
Ownership and usage
You receive usage rights to the final delivered work as described in the brief. The studio retains the right to show completed work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability
The studio's total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. The studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
