Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy covers deposits, cancellation, and revisions for creative projects. It is a starting draft and should be reviewed by the business owner before publishing.
Deposits
A deposit is required to confirm a booking and reserve studio time. The deposit is non-refundable once production work has begun, because it covers planning, scheduling, and pre-production already underway.
Cancellation by the client
You may cancel a project in writing at any time. If you cancel before work begins, you are refunded any amount paid above the deposit. If you cancel after work has begun, you are billed for work completed to date, and the balance, if any, is refunded.
Cancellation by the studio
If the studio cannot complete a project, you are refunded for any work not yet delivered. We will give as much notice as possible and help with handover.
Revisions
Each project includes the number of revision rounds stated in the brief. Additional revisions, or changes that fall outside the agreed scope, are quoted separately before work continues.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Processing time depends on that provider.
